ROI is currently partnering with a large General Contractor in Waltham in their search for a Project Engineer. The ideal candidate will have experience in all phases of construction management. This firm works on large scale life science and cultivation facilities in Massachusetts.

 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a streamline of communication between stakeholders on the project
  • Tracking the progress of construction and reporting implementation progress
  • Set up meetings, create invoices and estimates
  • Handle Submittals, RFIs, Referrals and Change Orders
  • Report to Project Management staff on tasks needed completion for the day/week
  • Conduct site visits to observe construction process
  • Create and collect all documents that pertain to the project


 

Qualifications

  • BS Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or Construction Management
  • 1-5 years of experience in the Construction Management industry
  • Familiarity with Procore Construction Management Software
